Living with quadriplegia and chronic pain, Joni Eareckson Tada has been a huge example and encouragement over the years of fully trusting the Lord amid trials and hardship. Her ministry Joni & Friends started Wheels for the World many years ago, which provides free wheelchairs and mobility along with the Gospel to people all over the world impacted by disability. Being in a wheelchair myself (for long distances), this ministry means a lot to me! A portion of any donations will be given to Joni & Friends, and the rest will go towards a fund I have for medical expenses that are not covered by my health insurance.
